Exploring a Work of Art

Those of you who have stumbled onto this blog are no doubt wondering what it is exactly.

Well, in a way it's a tribute (a love letter, even) to the beauty that is woman. Specifically her body, in this regard. As an artist and a man, I have admired and longed for the female body for many years--and not just in a sexual way. Nothing on this planet is more beautiful than the curves and contours of the female anatomy. A woman's body is so amazing in every way that even women admire it. And what better testament to such a wonder be than that, I ask you?

This blog has been a long time coming.

I'd considered it several times over the years, but never had the inspiration (and maybe even the courage) to follow up on it. Well, that all changed a few days ago when I read a friend of mine's blog (located on this very site!) and I enjoyed the care-free way in which she wrote on it--not to mention her topics and choice of art, photos and videos. So it got me wondering: What would a blog dedicated to the female form look like? Clearly I'd post a massive amount of photos, as that would be the only way to pay tribute to the topic. But I feared that it would get boring even though there would be much eye-candy.

And then I thought about my friend Nommy's blog and decided that I would follow in her footsteps and comment on the photos that I post. I think it would be much more interesting to the reader if I explained why I chose these photos. And when I came up with that idea several more emerged, all of which I plan to get to at some point.

In closing I want to dedicate this blog to all women and to Nommy especially for showing me that not only can a woman be girly, but she can also be "one of the guys" without overdoing it. Thank you for being my friend, Nommy. You have enriched my life in more ways than I can express.

(NOTE: I do not, in any way, own or have created the photos that you will find throughout this blog. I have spent hours searching for them across the Web. Therefore, these photos come from a wide variety of websites--although the more artsy of them were found at www.deviantart.com. In NO way am I endorsing or making money off of these photos. They are merely tools used to express my love for women. Should you be the owner of one or more of these photos and would like them removed please contact me and I will do so ASAP. Thank you.)
